The Network of Indian Professionals (NetIP) of Seattle, Washington is a non-profit organization dedicated to the overall empowerment and advancement of South Asians living in the Seattle area. NetIP Seattle primary focus is to help South Asians in the communities in which they live and work via: • Social Empowerment • Cultural Awareness • Community Service List of charitable events and activities organized and supported by Networking of Indian Professionals of Seattle, WA., 2006-2007. -Landscaping for House of Hope. We cleared out a little garden for House
of Hope, a shelter for women and children in crisis. 6 May 2006. Over the years, the NetIP has become a leading international organization for professionals – one that has been recognized by political, civic, and community leaders around the country. It has become the unequivocal voice for an emerging group of South Asians that are excelling in every aspect of society. NetIP Seattle was incorporated in September 2006 and has since made significant strides in providing community support to the South Asian community in the Seattle area in the form of social, educational, cultural and philanthropic activities. By obtaining 501 (c ) (3) status we believe the NetIP members and the local community will be further motivated and encouraged to support our causes which in turn further empowers and advances the community. |

NetIP-Seattle started out in late 2005 with a small group of motivated individuals that experienced the value of NetIP in other cities across the US. Our inaugural event was held Friday February 24th, 2006 at Spice Cafe in Seattle. Our bylaws are posted here |
